If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase within 365 days of purchase for:

• A one-time replacement (of items of equal or less value)

OR

• A refund (less shipping charge)

Return Procedure

Contact our Customer Care Representative via email at ilook@ilookglasses.ca to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions before sending your return.

Return items in the original packaging to:

Please note that all items must be unworn and unaltered and are in the original packaging with all promotional items. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your refund to be processed. Administration & Handling Fee of $9.90 will be charged for items returned without a RMA.

We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects on frames and lenses.

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. Therefore, we offer the 100% guarantee. That means that, your order can be returned for any of the following reasons:

1. You do not like the fit of the frame.
2. You like the fit of the frame. But it just doesn’t look right on your face.
3. Pistachio green was so last week. You no longer want to wear green frames.
4. You like everything about the frame. But your wife doesn’t.
5. The list goes on.
6. The list goes on, and on.

In short, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply Return your purchase. Return shipping is on us!
